Hey welcome to our blog! We're the Keatings. More about us later. Today is July 11. Meant to start this blog the day we bought the RV. Oh well. For now, suffice it to say, I (Kevin)'ve spent a lot of time trying to get the thing in perfect working order. Things have been going ok till recent radio problem (thanks Circuit City).
So far we've tested it on trips from Medford OR, to Aptos CA and Sunriver OR. So far so good. Next trip will be Lava Beds with my daughter Jackie to see thousands of Mexican Free-tailed Bats fly out of a cave on 7/13.
Then the big cross-country trip, with stops in Yellowstone, Custer Battlefield, Chimney Rock, Independence MO, St. Louis, Chicago, Niagara Falls, Cooperstown, Philadelphia, Gettysburg, Washington, Chincoteague, Jamestown, Williamsburg, Asheville NC, Memphis, Oklahoma City, Four Corners, Grand Canyon, UCLA, San Francisco (Alcatraz) and home.
